...the sound check continues...
before the concert tabla maestro ty burhoe dropped by to say hello.
we were honoured to have him join us for the voice celebration on sunday
deva accompanied ty and manose on tanpura at their concert the following evening at the unity church in boulder
chautauqua felt friendlier - and (a bit) warmer – when the people arrived
chautauqua auditorium is a huge barn – built in the 1800’s.
out in the mountains, it is now boulders major music venue...

inside – daylight through the cracks...no a/c, no heating, no plumbing...but it has the vibe
guru rinpoche overlooks the sound check
..and (sternly) reminds us of the impermanence of all things...even sound checks...
..while the green tara (and deva) smile serenely...
sometimes i wonder why i spend so much time on this blog.
most of my computer time is spent on it.
it’s just my way of staying in touch i guess...plus it’s something to do in airports.
last week our webmaster told me that we have over 1000 people every week visiting the blog.
so I’m doing it for you guys!
..anyway...if you’re waiting for a reply from an email from me...you’ll know now why you haven’t received it.
i don’t know how long i’m going to be able to keep it up, but for now it’s fun.
