Lola is a pretty and very sweet cat who was unwanted by her previous owner. She is tabby & white and 3 years old. Lola is a very gentle but affectionate girl who would not like to live with a dog, and maybe happier as an only cat and in a home without children.
Gloria is a very pretty fluffy tortoiseshell and white girl who is around 10 years old. She was a stray who was discovered in someone’s garden eating the birds’ seed which had fallen on the ground. She is still rather thin but is now enjoying good food at the shelter. Gloria is a friendly cat who could live with teenage children but not a dog; she also doesn’t like other cats.
Charlie and Perriwinkle are two young cats around 18 months years old. They are brother and sister - both black and white with fluffy fur. They had been given to someone suffering from dementia who was unable to look after them. Both cats are rather nervous at present but with time they will no doubt soon become affectionate and friendly. Charlie and Perriwinkle would not be suitable to live with children or a dog; we are not yet sure about other cats. They are only looking for a new home together.
Teddy and Nelly are two very affectionate cats, aged 3 and 4 years old, who were unwanted. Teddy is ginger and his mum Nellie is a fluffy brindle tortoiseshell. They would be fine living with other cats and older children; we are not sure about a dog. Teddy and Nellie are only looking for a new home together.
Lucky and Sox are two gorgeous cats who are mum and son. They have been unwanted and so have been sadly passed from pillar to post. Before they arrived at the shelter, they were not allowed indoors and instead were made to live outside in the terrible winter weather. They are both aged around 10-12 years old and are looking for a new home where they will be very loved and spoilt.
Sox is mum - she is black & white and fluffy. Lucky is black. Lucky was treated for Entropian in the past, which won’t reoccur and from which he has totally recovered. (Entropion is a condition in which part of the eyelid is folded inward against the eyeball which results in irritation, scratches and pain to the front surface of the eye).
Both cats are very loving and affectionate despite what they have been through so really deserve a lovely new home very soon. Lucky and Sox could live with teenage children and possibly another gentle cat, we are not sure about a dog. Lucky and Sox are only looking for a new home together.
