Here are some of the many animals who have lived at Katz Castle.
Ashley has been with us for a while. Sadly he has rather bad arthritis and has had difficulty in finding a new home.
Tommy was rescued from Wallasey in Merseyside. His owner had tried his
best but was living a nomadic life and knew that he should give Tommy
(who he won in a poker game) a better life. He now lives with Anne and
John.
Dolly was brought to us because she had a stomach disorder as well as
being totally deaf. She was fed a diet of mainly fresh chicken and dried
biscuits and lived at Katz Castle until she passed away.
Anyone who has visited Katz Castle over the last ten years will no doubt
have bumped into Poppy. She passed away in 2005 aged 19 but will
always be remembered as one of our real characters.
Lucia and her brother Hurley came in with their mother. Hurley was such
a greedy fat boy that Lucia had to be hand fed. Sadly she developed a
tumour and at less than a year old was freed from her pain.
