Pepper is a lovely fluffy white and black boy around 6/7 years old. He was rescued from a property by Social Services. When he arrived at Katz Castle he was suffering from a terrible flea allergy – having obviously not been given any flea treatment in the past. The allergy had caused his skin to be very sore and he was covered in scabs all over his body as result of him scratching himself. However Pepper’s allergy has now been treated, he is recovering well and will be ready to go to a new loving home very soon. Pepper is very gentle cat who likes to be stroked. He could live with older children and another cat, but probably not a dog.
Marmalade and Garfield are two dear gentle boys around a year old, who were unwanted by their previous owners. They arrived at the shelter in a very traumatised state but what they have been through in the past to have caused this we have no idea. However it has now become apparent that they are very loving cats although Garfield can be a bit more timid than this brother. The cats are both ginger & white with very slightly fluffy fur. Marmalade and Garfield could live with sensible and gentle older children, but not a dog; we are not yet sure about another cat. Marmalade and Garfield are only looking for a new home together.
Kato is a gentle tabby boy who is around four years old. He was a stray. He can be a little bit timid to start with but is very friendly and enjoys being stroked. Kato could live with another gentle cat and older children, but not a dog.
